Alarmed by the enormity of climate change and the assault on science-based facts, we modeled this project on a cookbook to record the toxic conditions that are leading us toward environmental disaster. Scaling down critical climate issues into literal, bite-sized landscapes, we concocted risk-laden desserts with accompanying ingredients and the recipes which have produced this eco-disaster. Handed down from one generation to the next, these recipes are prompts to pause and consider the consequences of what and how we consume.
