Project Statement:
Over the past two years I’ve gone hiking almost everyday. Last year (2017) I began bringing my camera along. For me it feels so good to get to a quiet place where all the noise of city life disappears and I’m left with myself and the clean energy of the natural world. After a short time alone on the mountain or in the desert all the self doubt I feel in the city magically melts away and things make sense. I feel so lucky to live in a place where I can develop a relationship with nature.
