Nola is Home is a series of photographs created in 2019 and 2020. The series captures the different personalities of New Orleans houses. This series is whimsical and surreal. Isolating the homes from their normal surroundings gives each subject an opportunity to stand on its own. Each home has its own story. Some of these photographs were made during the COVID-19 lock down. The city was unusually quiet. This provided the opportunity to roam the city freely with my camera and no interruptions. It was just me and the magnificent architecture of the city.
