Daniella Zalcman is a documentary photographer based between Paris and New York. Her work focuses on the modern legacies of western colonization, from the rise of homophobia in East Africa to the coercive assimilation education imposed on Indigenous youth. She is also the founder of Women Photograph, an organization working to elevate the voices of women and non-binary visual journalists.
