Submitting artists who live or work in the Triangle Region of Durham, Raleigh, or Chapel Hill and neighboring North Carolina counties will automatically be entered in the jurored print exhibition of the CLICK! Triangle Photography Festival. Regional winners will be: included in projection events during the Click! festival and be invited to a panel discussion of their work and a reception at the Durham Arts Council; entered in a drawing for free one year memberships to regional art organizations (eg, Durham Arts Guild, VAE Raleigh, Nasher Museum, and NC Museum of Art), free sets of fine art photography books from Duke’s Center for Documentary Studies and Daylight Books, portfolio reviews, and more!

The City of Durham’s Public Art Committee advises the Cultural Advisory Board and acts on its behalf on matters relating to public art. The committee functions are to assist the City’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development in advising the city regarding the implementation of the City’s Public Art Policy and to review proposals for public art projects brought to it by the city administration. Artists who live or work in the Triangle Region of Durham, Raleigh, or Chapel Hill and the neighboring North Carolina counties (Durham, Wake, Franklin, Johnston, Chatham, Orange, Person, Harnett, Lee, Granville, Vance) will be considered for special regional perks, including exposure to top local photo industry professionals (academics, gallerists, curators, collectors, etc.).
